I just got a Sony A7 and Im honestly so scared its gonna tip over since it was so expensive. My logic was just buy whatever but then I saw a video about wind and now Im panicking. My budget is $200 and Im shooting at the beach next weekend... what wont fall over?

Unfortunately, 200 bucks is a tricky spot because many cheap carbon fiber legs are just too light for coastal gusts. Ive had issues with vibration on thinner tubes. You really need some mass to keep that A7 safe.

If youre worried about wind at the beach, you gotta look at leg diameter more than anything else. I landed on the Sirui AM-254 Carbon Fiber Tripod with K-10X Ball Head and honestly, there havent been any complaints. It stays under your 200 limit and the build quality is surprisingly pro. It doesnt have a center column which actually makes it way more stable in the wind because theres less surface area to catch the breeze. If you want something with even more mass, the Benro Mach3 2 Series Aluminum Tripod TMA28A is basically a tank. Its heavy to carry, but that weight is exactly what keeps it steady in the sand. Ngl, the best trick for the beach is using the weight hook. Hang your camera bag under it and that Sony isnt going anywhere. Just rinse the sand out of the twist locks later or theyll crunch. For the price, these are the best options for keeping that camera safe.
