So I feel really stupid even asking this but I am in a total panic right now. I have been sitting here for like three hours picking out decorations and catering stuff for my parents 40th anniversary party we are hosting this weekend here in Seattle and I just realized I am logged into my personal account that I havent used in forever. I have about 28 items in the cart right now and it is a lot of stuff like

  • gold streamers
  • fancy plastic plates
  • a custom banner
  • table cloths

The problem is my account doesnt have Prime anymore and the shipping is going to cost a fortune and honestly I need it all here by Friday or we are in huge trouble. My husband has the Prime account and I really dont want to have to search for every single item all over again because it took me so long to find the right colors and the specific sizes that would fit the venue. I am not very good with computers or how these apps work together so I am really hoping there is just some simple button I can click to just send my whole cart over to his login. Is there a way to link them or just push the items over to him? Or do I really have to go through and find all 28 things one by one on his phone?

Just saw this and wanted to add a quick warning. Are you two already linked in an Amazon Household? Knowing that would help. I would suggest being careful with a few things:

  • Make sure to check the delivery dates for each item individually.
  • Be careful with that custom banner because Prime speed usually doesnt apply to customized goods.
  • Watch out for third-party sellers that might not hit your Friday deadline tho.

I had this happen when I was ordering supplies for a huge garden project last spring. It is a total pain when you realize the accounts arent synced... honestly super frustrating. There isnt a single button to push a cart over, but a couple workarounds are decent options depending on how much time you have.

  • Move the items to a Wishlist and share the link with him. It lets him see everything and add it to his own cart pretty fast.
  • Link your accounts via Amazon Household. This lets you use his Prime shipping on your account without needing to log into his stuff. The wishlist method is basically what saved me. I just sent the link to my partner and they checked out in like five minutes. It definitely beats searching for 28 individual items all over again.

Im satisfied with my reliable checkout process. Keeping costs low felt very safe.

  • checked security settings
  • saw a stray cat That cat always hangs out near the mailbox. Anyway lol.
