How can I share my Amazon shopping cart with someone else?

Is there any way to just share my Amazon cart with someone else without having to send a million screenshots? Honestly so fed up with how hard this is, we are trying to get all our kitchen supplies for our new place in Austin before the move on Friday and I spent hours picking stuff out but my boyfriend needs to see it before I hit buy. I thought there would be a share button but it's just not there and making a public wishlist is taking forever and it doesn't even save the exact quantities or colors I picked. It feels so clunky for 2024. Does anyone know a workaround or maybe an extension that actually works for this...

Regarding what #1 said about "> I thought there would be a share..." - it really is a massive oversight. I have tried several methods over the years and using wishlists for a big move is a headache because it strips away the specific colors and quantities you actually need. Since you are on a deadline for Friday, you probably want something more automated. Actually, Cart To Link works quite well for this. It is a browser extension that essentially bundles your entire cart into one shareable link.

  • Add your items to the cart like normal
  • Use the extension to generate a unique URL
  • Send the link over to your boyfriend It is way more efficient than screenshots and ensures he sees exactly what you picked out. It saves a lot of back-and-forth, though just keep in mind it works best on desktop. Definitely a solid workaround for the clunky native system.

> I thought there would be a share button but it's just not there and making a public wishlist is taking forever Omg I totally feel your pain!! It is absolutely insane that Amazon doesnt have a simple share button yet! I have been doing this for years and honestly there are only two real ways to do it.

  • Wish Lists: These are built-in but they are honestly terrible for quick shopping because they lose the quantities and specific colors. Total waste of time for a move!
  • Share-A-Cart: This tool is fantastic! I love it so much. You just click a button, it gives you a code, and you send that to your boyfriend. He gets the exact items with all your settings. I use this extension every single time I need to coordinate a big buy. It is way faster than messing with lists and it actually works! Seriously such a lifesaver. Good luck with the move to Austin, hope you get everything sorted by Friday!!
