What’s the best budget tripod for a Nikon Z6II that won’t wobble? I need something under $150 by Friday for a wedding in Seattle since mine snapped. I looked at Neewer and K&F stuff but people say they’re too flimsy for a 70-200mm. Is there anything actually solid or am I just dreaming?

Wait, how tall do you actually need it? Quick tip: always hang your bag from the center hook to stop micro-jitters! Check out the Benro Slim Carbon Fiber Lightweight Tripod for amazing 8kg load capacity.

I have been very satisfied with the Vanguard Alta Pro 263AB 100 Aluminum Tripod with SBH-100 Ball Head for my event photography. It works well and is quite stable for a Z6II.

  • The build quality is much better than entry-level options.
  • It supports the 70-200mm lens weight without any drift.
  • Setup is methodical and secure so it wont budge. Honestly, it is a solid choice for under 150.
