So I'm currently in the middle of organizing this big gaming tournament for a local youth center here in Chicago and the event is literally next Saturday so I'm on a super tight deadline. I've spent like three hours finding the exact specific HDMI 2.1 cables and those specific surge protectors with the flat plugs because the outlets at the venue are super cramped. I've got like 45 items sitting in my cart right now totaling around $850 but here is the problem... I'm not the one paying for it.
Our treasurer has the company card and he's super old school and definitely wont give me the CVV or let me use his login. I've been using Amazon for years and usually I just share a Wish List but honestly I dont want to go through and move every single item one by one to a new list because I'm terrified some of these flash deals are gonna expire or the stock will hit zero while I'm clicking around. I know about the Business Prime multi-user stuff but we are just using a standard personal account for this stuff.
Is there some kind of hidden feature or maybe a browser extension that lets me just beam my entire current cart over to his account so he can just hit checkout? I really need to get this ordered by tonight so it ships in time. How do I send him the whole cart at once?
Oh man, I totally feel your stress with that tight deadline! Organizing events is seriously wild but so rewarding!! You are actually in luck because while Amazon itself is weirdly behind on this feature for personal accounts, there is an absolutely amazing tool that solves this exact problem perfectly! I use it for my own team projects because I am super paranoid about security and never want to share my actual login details or payment info with anyone. You should definitely check out Share-A-Cart! It is literally a lifesaver for situations like this!! Here is why it is the best way to handle your gaming gear:

To add to the point above: honestly, I would suggest being really cautious when relying on basic sharing tools for a cart this large. Dealing with 45 items means there is a pretty high chance for a session timeout or a specific SKU failing to transfer if the stock levels are fluctuating. Before you just send a link and hope for the best, you might want to consider using a dedicated Amazon cart sharer with a few technical safeguards to make sure the treasurer doesnt run into errors:
Agreed! It is seriously awesome that there is finally a fix for this. I love using Cart To Link for my own setups because it is just so fast. Quick question though... is your treasurer actually gonna open a link on a computer or is he strictly mobile? Just curious since some tools work better on desktop when you are dealing with 45 items!
