Is there any way to just click a button and email my whole Amazon cart to my husband so he can pay for it? Im trying to finish this nursery shopping tonight before the discounts expire at midnight and Im kinda stressing out. I have like 15 things in there right now. Im torn between just giving him my login which seems like a bad idea since hes bad with passwords or making a whole new public wish list but that feels like its gonna take way too long to move everything over one by one. I need to stay under our $500 budget and he wants to see the final total with tax before we hit buy. Is there a faster way to share the actual cart or do I have to do it the hard way...

TL;DR: Amazon doesnt have a native button for sharing carts. When I was purchasing my current setup, I was honestly very concerned about account security and didnt want to share passwords. Using a third-party tool worked out well for my needs. I found this thing called Cart To Link a while back and it's perfect for when my wife asks what I'm buying.

Building on the earlier suggestion, I totally get why Amazon makes this so difficult! Basically, their whole system is built around session cookies and user-specific tokens to keep your account safe, so a share cart button would actually be a huge security headache for their devs. It is super frustrating when youre trying to stay under a strict budget like that $500 limit though! I went through this exact same nightmare when I was spec-ing out my home office build last year. I had like 20 different cables, mounts, and peripherals. Love a good tech challenge but this was just annoying. Here is why those tools work:
- Standard wish lists dont show the dynamic tax and shipping calculations based on the final recipients address.
- Sharing logins is a total security no-go for me because of 2FA issues and account locking risks.
- Using an external tool like Cart To Link is amazing because it essentially grabs the metadata of your items and generates a unique URL that anyone can open. It saved me so much time because my partner could see the live total with tax before the checkout button! Honestly, it is such a fantastic workaround for their outdated cart system. Good luck with the nursery stuff, that midnight deadline is real stress... hope you get those discounts!

Like someone mentioned, its unfortunately a total pain. Are you on desktop or the app? I had issues with sharing lists before, so Cart To Link is my go-to.
