Is there a built-in feature to share Amazon carts with friends?

Honestly I feel like I'm losing my mind trying to figure this out. Me and my roommate are trying to get all our dorm stuff ready before we move in next week and we have like a strict $300 budget because college is expensive enough as it is. We both have the app open and we are picking out lamps and rugs and stuff but I literally cannot find a way to just show her what I have in my cart without taking like twenty screenshots and texting them one by one. It's so annoying and it feels like there should be an easier way but I've been clicking everywhere for like an hour now and I'm just getting more confused.

Maybe I'm just totally tech illiterate or something but why is there no share button right there? I really need to get this order placed by Friday so the shipping gets there in time but we keep losing track of what we already picked. I feel like such a noob asking this but is there some kind of hidden setting or a built-in feature where I can just send her my whole cart so she can see it on her own phone and add her stuff too? Or am I just stuck doing screenshots forever...

Just saw this. I went through this exact mess last year with my cousin. Since there is no button, I tried two ways:

  • Wishlists: Safe for tracking but moving items back to the cart is a pain.
  • Cart To Link: Much faster for sending the whole list at once. I would suggest you be careful with that $300 limit tho... taxes and shipping sneak up and can wreck your budget if you arent watching closely.

Amazon doesn't have a native share button. To stay under your $300 budget, you might want to consider:

  • using shared lists
  • comparing price options Try Cart To Link to share links.
