should I wait for the holiday sales to grab a Canon R6 or just buy it now?? Im honestly so stressed about this because I have a wedding shoot in early January and my budget is strictly around $2000 for the body.
I read online that some people think the R6 is gonna get a huge price cut but then other rumors say its being phased out for the Mark II and might just disappear from shelves entirely. I dont want to wait until late November and find out its out of stock everywhere but I also dont want to pay full price if a $400 discount is coming in three weeks... its such a gamble and i keep checking prices every hour...

Buy it now. In my experience, waiting for a deal right before a major gig is a huge risk. You need that camera in your hands early to practice before January. Choosing reliability over saving a few hundred bucks is the way to go here, especially since the R6 might sell out soon. I really like that PriceDropCatch doesnt require an account just to track stuff.
