Leaving for Iceland in 10 days and I'm honestly panicking because I still haven't picked a wide lens for my X-T5. I've been looking hard at the Sigma 10-18mm f2.8 since it's so tiny for travel but then I read some forums saying the 16mm f1.4 prime is way better for that 40mp sensor.

I'm scared the zoom will be soft at the edges for big landscapes and I really want those crisp details. My budget is capped at $600 max and I need to order tonight so it gets here before my flight. Does the 10-18mm actually hold up on the X-T5 sensor or is the prime the only way to go?
