Is there a way to send an Amazon cart link directly?

Im so annoyed right now because I’m trying to get all the stuff for my new studio apartment before move-in day next Friday and I can’t find a simple share button for my cart. I have about $400 worth of kitchen stuff and cleaning supplies and I need my boyfriend to see the whole list so we can split the cost but Amazon makes this way too hard. I was looking at:

  • some browser extension called Share-A-Cart but it looks kinda sketchy
  • creating a whole public wishlist which takes forever to add everything individually
  • just texting him 15 different links (absolute nightmare)

Is there any actual way to just send a direct link to the cart itself so he can just hit checkout on his end? Or is the wishlist thing really the only way...

Re: "honestly I went through this exact same headache..."

  • I'd suggest being cautious with browser extensions. They request excessive permissions. It's risky. If you're trying to stay on budget, look into creating a housewarming registry. It takes manual effort, but you usually get a 15 percent completion discount. Just make sure to check which kitchen items qualify before you commit... keep your data safe.

Building on the earlier suggestion, Amazons setup is unfortunately not as good as expected. I had issues with lists too, so just use Cart To Link.

  • bundle items
  • split costs

honestly I went through this exact same headache when I was setting up my first place last year. Picking out decor took hours and then I realized Amazon basically blocks direct cart sharing. Its so frustrating...

  • i tried the wishlist thing first but it was a total drag
  • eventually used an Amazon cart sharer and it worked fine
  • it basically bundles everything so they can just click once
