Okay so I am kind of panicking because we have this retirement thing for our favorite teacher on Friday and I am the one stuck in charge of the big gift basket. There are like six of us trying to coordinate this and our budget is exactly 350 dollars which we already collected and put in my account. The problem is everyone has these super specific ideas for what needs to go in the basket - some want specific gardening seeds, others found these weird niche books, and one girl wants to include some fancy tea from a specific brand. I told them I would just buy everything on my Prime account so we get the shipping for free and it all arrives at once but honestly its a nightmare trying to manage all the links they are texting me in our group chat.

I tried looking this up and saw something about Amazon Household but that seems like its just for two adults living together and we are definitely not that, plus we all have our own separate accounts already. Then I saw you can share a Wish List? I tried making one but if people add stuff to a shared list can I actually just move it all to my cart at once or is it gonna make me add each thing one by one? I am really worried about double ordering something or missing an item because I am jumping between five different tabs. I really dont want to mess this up and forget one person's item because then it will be so awkward at the party when they look for their gift in the basket and its not there.

I need to get this order in by like 11pm tonight if we want it here by Thursday so I am really on a clock here. Is there any actual way for all 6 of us to just log into one live cart or something where they can add their stuff directly and I just hit the pay button at the end? Can multiple people actually add items to the same Amazon cart at the same time or am I just stuck copy-pasting links for the next three hours?
