So I'm sitting here trying to finish my order for a new office chair because my current one is literally falling apart and I've got this weird issue. I spent the last two hours comparing the Gabrylly Ergonomic Mesh chair which is sitting at $285 and the Hbada flip-up arms model for $160. My logic was that the Gabrylly is probably a better long-term investment for my back since I'm working from home full time now in Austin but the Hbada is so much cheaper and I really like those arms that fold up so I can push it under my desk when I'm done for the day. My budget is around $300 so I can afford either but I'm leaning toward the Gabrylly.
The problem is every time I click the cart link to actually pay it just redirects to a completely blank white page. It's driving me crazy. I've got the Gabrylly in there with a $20 off coupon and I'm terrified that if I refresh too many times or clear my cache I'm gonna lose that discount or the stock will run out because it said only 3 left when I added it. I'm stuck between three options to fix this and I'm not sure which is best.
I tried opening it in an incognito window and that didnt work either which makes me think it's something with my account or the actual redirect link being broken on their end. Has anyone else seen this happen today? It's like the page starts to load the checkout URL and then just goes white. Is there a way to bypass the cart and go straight to checkout?
Building on the earlier suggestion, I would suggest being extremely cautious before you clear your entire browser data. I had a similar situation last year where a blank page during checkout meant the session was hanging, and manual refreshes caused a double-order error that took days to fix. You might want to consider these technical steps:
^ This. Also, honestly, spending $285 on that Gabrylly is kinda disappointing since the mesh usually sags way faster than you'd expect for that price. Ive had issues with both those brands lately... To fix that blank page mess:
In my experience, those blank pages are usually a browser extension clashing with the checkout script. Over the years, I've found that using Cart To Link to move my cart to a clean browser profile works wonders so you dont lose coupons. Go for the Gabrylly btw... your back will thank you after a long shift. TL;DR: Use a link sharing tool or another browser to avoid clearing your cache.
