How to share Amazon shopping carts via a Chrome extension?

I'm actually so hyped because we are finally doing our big family reunion camping trip at Zion next month and I've been tasked with being the 'quartermaster' for like 15 people lol. So I have this massive Amazon cart full of bulk snacks, portable stoves, and those huge 5-gallon water jugs but I need everyone else to check the list before I pull the trigger on like $800 worth of gear. I was looking around for a way to just send them the cart directly because my logic was that there must be a share button like for wishlists but nope, Amazon makes it weirdly difficult.

I did some digging and found this extension called Share-A-Cart and another one simply called Shopping Cart Share. They seem okay but I'm kinda stuck because some of the reviews say they don't work with Amazon Fresh items and we are getting some perishable stuff for the first day. I really don't want to have to build two separate lists or have people install something that might steal their login info or something. Plus I'm on a super tight timeline since we need this stuff delivered to our place in Vegas by next Thursday. Has anyone actually used these extensions lately? I'm mostly worried about whether they are safe and if they actually sync the quantities correctly because last thing I need is 10 extra stoves showing up at my door...

I've tried many of these over the years and most extensions often glitch with Fresh items because they rely on session cookies that dont transfer well across regions.

  • Sync errors usually happen during the scraping phase because of local inventory changes
  • Direct link generators are safer than those requiring full browser permissions Honestly, Cart To Link is the best way I've found to send a group shopping list without the hassle.
