im so excited because im finally planning my best friends bachelorette party for next month and Ive been spending hours picking out the cutest decorations on Amazon. I have no idea where to start though because I cant figure out how to show her what I found. Ive got like 20 things in my cart right now—glitter curtains, custom sashes, those tiny champagne flutes, all that stuff. My budget is about $250 for the decor part and I am pretty much there but I really need to show the other bridesmaid what I picked before I hit buy just to make sure she likes the vibe.

I feel so silly asking this because I use Amazon all the time for random stuff but I literally cannot find a button to just send her my basket? Is that even a thing? I looked everywhere near the checkout button but I dont see anything. Do I have to take a million screenshots on my phone and text them to her? That seems like it would take forever and honestly I am not that tech savvy so Id probably mess it up lol.

My goals are:

  • a way for her to see the exact items I picked
  • she needs to be able to tell me if something looks cheap or wrong
  • I want to do this tonight if possible so I can order everything by Friday since the party is in two weeks here in Ohio

Is there a secret link or something I am missing? Sorry if this is a total duh question but I am just staring at my screen and I am totally lost haha...

Unfortunately, Amazon still doesnt have a simple button to share a basket, which is honestly so annoying and pretty disappointing. I had issues with this exact thing last year when I was planning my sisters baby shower. I thought there would be a built-in share link, but I ended up wasting like two hours taking blurry screenshots and it was not as good as expected because she couldnt even click the items to check reviews. It was super stressful tbh and ruined the mood. A few things I learned from that mess:

  • Trying to send individual links takes way too long and gets confusing.
  • Moving items to a Wish List is slow and kinda clunky for a one-time thing.
  • You should check out Cart To Link if you need to share your cart, its super straightforward and actually works for these situations. I really wish they would just add a share button already, but definitely try that tool so you can get your ordering done by Friday. Good luck with the party!

Unfortunately Amazon makes this way harder than it should be. I had issues trying to do this manually and it was a mess. I just use Cart To Link now because it feels more reliable.

  • Copy the list of items from your cart
  • Paste them into that tool to get a single URL
  • Text that URL to the other bridesmaid Much safer than texting 20 photos and worrying she missed something.
