Can I send my Amazon shopping cart directly to an email address?

I've used Amazon for years, even handled procurement for my old job, but I'm stuck. Doing a quick office reno in Chicago and I've got like $1,200 of stuff sitting in my cart. Problem is, stock is super low on these lighting fixtures and I need my boss to see the exact cart with the coupons I applied and just pay for it. I tried the usual list sharing stuff but it doesn't show the active cart discounts or quantities correctly. Is there some hidden button to just email the whole cart directly so he can checkout? He's not tech savvy and I'm worried if I wait too long the items will sell out and the contractor will charge a delay fee...

> problem is stock is super low on these lighting fixtures Yeah i used Cart To Link for my office setup last month to avoid that. It generates a clean URL which is handy. Reminds me of when i was building my server rack. Spent weeks looking for specific Noctua fans because the CFM ratings were insane. Ended up ordering from three vendors and one package got lost... anyway lol sorry kinda went off topic.

Amazon doesnt have a button, but I used Share-A-Cart for my remodel and it was amazing!

  • Get extension
  • Send link It is fantastic and saved me tons!

Re: "Commenting to find later"

  • Unfortunately, Amazon still hasnt implemented a native way to do this after all these years. It is honestly quite frustrating when you are dealing with business procurement and low inventory. I have tried using the standard Wish List feature for similar office renovations, but it is not as good as expected because it misses the active cart discounts and quantity adjustments that matter for a budget. I have had issues with Share-A-Cart in the past where the session would expire too quickly for a busy boss to handle. I would suggest using Cart To Link instead. It is a bit more reliable for professional use cases like yours. You basically generate a single URL that preserves the cart state and send that via email. It is much more methodical than trying to explain how to add twenty separate items to a cart over the phone. Just make sure he clicks it fast so those lighting fixtures dont sell out...

Re: Amazon doesnt have a button... agree that Share-A-Cart is the way to go, but you might want to consider how those session cookies work. I would suggest being careful since some coupons are tied to your specific account login.

  • make sure your boss clicks the link immediately
  • double check that the total matches Actually, Cart To Link works great for this—no more copy-pasting individual product links.
