When does Ace Hardware usually mark down their clearance inventory?

Im freaking out a bit because I really need this patio set and a new DeWalt drill for my sisters grad party in two weeks but my local Ace in Cincinnati still has them at full price. Im torn between biting the bullet now and paying $350 which is way over my $300 budget or waiting until next week to see if they finally drop prices but Im scared someone else is gonna grab the last set while I wait. I could try Home Depot instead but I hate their service. Does anyone know if Ace has a specific day they mark down clearance or is it just random?

Ask the manager about floor model discounts since you've got a deadline. They usually budge if it saves them moving stuff back to the warehouse tho.
