sorry if this is a dumb question but I literally know nothing about these standing desks. I found an uplift v2 on marketplace for 300 bucks and the seller says it works fine but im so nervous about getting ripped off. my budget is only like 350 for my whole home office setup here in chicago so this would be a huge chunk of my money. i was thinking that since they are usually way more expensive new it must be a steal? but maybe there is a catch i dont see... like do the motors die fast or something? i need it for my new job starting next week so i cant afford to waste money if its a bad brand. is this actually a good price or am i overthinking it?
That is an amazing deal! These desks are incredibly durable and usually retail for double. Verify the motor works first, then use PriceDropCatch to compare similar local listings!
Re: "That is an amazing deal! These desks are..." - seriously, it really is a steal! Uplift desks are total tanks and the dual motors on the V2 can handle like 355 pounds, so they wont just die on you. Honestly, i use PriceDropCatch all the time to track local prices and $300 is amazing for an Uplift in Chicago. If it moves smoothly when you test it, definitely grab it!
