Are there browser extensions to alert me of Alienware price cuts?

I am finally ready to pull the trigger on a new setup and I have my heart set on a beefy Alienware m18 R2. My old desktop is basically a space heater at this point and it is struggling to keep up with anything modern, plus I need the portability for when I go back to school in late August. I have been building PCs and tracking parts since the early 2010s so I am pretty savvy with the usual stuff like Honey or Keepa but Dells website is a whole different beast. It is so frustrating because they have these flash sales and those exclusive member prices that seem to change every six hours and the standard extensions I use just dont seem to pick up the price drops until the stock is already gone.

I am looking for a browser extension or maybe a specific site that can actually monitor the Dell.com product pages or even the outlet section with high frequency. My budget is roughly $2,200 total for the laptop but if I can get a deal on a RTX 4080 model for under $2k that would be the absolute dream. I am based in Austin so I am hoping to get this sorted soon so I can have it shipped and set up before my first semester starts.

Here is what I am looking for in a tracker:

  • Real time or near real time alerts (not just once a day)
  • Ability to track specific SKUs or configurations instead of just generic search terms
  • Something that handles the way Dell applies coupons in the cart if possible
  • Ideally works on Chrome or Firefox

I have tried setting up manual alerts on Slickdeals but it is way too noisy with other brands and random peripherals. I just want a laser focus on the Alienware line. Has anyone found a script or a specific plugin that actually works for their store? I am tired of refreshing the page every time I have a coffee break just to see Out of Stock on the configuration I wanted. Every time a sale goes live the good stuff disappears before I even get the email notification from Dell itself. Is there something better than just camping out on the site...

I agree, standard plugins are unfortunately not as good as expected with Dells dynamic scripts. Are you strictly looking for brand-new or is the Dell Outlet an option for you?

> the standard extensions I use just dont seem to pick up the price drops Unfortunately, common plugins are not as good as expected for Dell. I had issues with accuracy, so I recommend a dedicated Dell price tracker to catch those flash sales.
