Finally moving into my first apartment in Brooklyn next week and I am so hyped to get all my furniture and kitchen stuff! Problem is I have a huge cart on my personal account and another one on my work prime account because I had some credits there. Im trying to figure out the fastest way to smash these two carts together for one big checkout. I was looking at:

  • Setting up an Amazon Household
  • Making a public Wish List and adding stuff from there
  • Just re-adding 40+ items manually

I really need to keep the total under $1200 so I gotta see the final price in one place. Which way is less of a headache?...

To add to the point above: unfortunately native syncing is broken. I had issues with items disappearing in Household. Use share Amazon Cart Extension to export your lists and track the budget.

Like someone mentioned, native syncing is super glitchy. I would suggest being careful with Household because it can mess with your work account billing settings... not worth the risk.

  • Wish Lists: Safer, but watch for clipped coupons since they dont always transfer.
  • Manual: Kinda helps track the budget, but you will lose your mind. There is a neat extension called Cart To Link that basically turns your cart into a link.

In my experience, the wish list route is the safest. I once tried the Household thing for a big move and it totally glitched my order history. Now I just put everything on one public list. It saves so much time because you can just see the total price without risking your account security or messy merges. It really is the least headache... I wouldnt trust the other ways.
