Can I transfer my Amazon cart items to another person's account?

I've been sitting here for literally three hours picking out every single little thing for our new apartment in Austin and I am honestly so done with this website right now. I have like 45 items in my cart ranging from a specific toaster to these weirdly sized drawer organizers and my credit card is being flagged for some reason so I just want my husband to buy it on his account since we need this stuff delivered by Tuesday before the movers get there but for the life of me I cannot find a button to just send him the whole cart.

Is there actually no way to do this?? I tried making a wishlist but half the stuff didnt even carry over correctly and some of the coupons I found dont seem to apply if I move them to a list instead of the cart and its just making me want to scream because I do NOT have time to go back and search for every individual item again on his laptop. Its 2024 why is this so difficult. Has anyone found a workaround or an extension or something that actually works because if I have to copy paste 45 links one by one Im gonna lose it. Can I just like... merge the carts or something?

To add to the point above: I totally feel your frustration! I had a massive setup for a client office last year and the thought of losing those specific coupons was terrifying! I found an absolutely fantastic way to handle this without compromising any passwords tho. You really have to be careful about security when sharing account access, especially with credit card info involved... its so risky to just hand over logins. I eventually found a super reliable and technical method:

  • Use a tool like Cart To Link to generate a secure transfer link.
  • Verify every item price because Amazon prices fluctuate like crazy!
  • Ensure you are using the same zip code on both accounts so shipping costs dont change. This worked perfectly for my huge order and saved so much time! It is seriously a lifesaver when you are on a tight deadline with movers coming. Love it when a plan comes together!

I went through the exact same thing when I was kitting out my home office back in 2021—had about 60 items for a server rack setup and my bank flagged the transaction too. In my experience, the native wishlist tool is super buggy with coupons and lightning deals. The best workaround I have found over the years is a browser extension called Share-A-Cart. It generates a unique code for your entire basket. You send that code to your husband, he enters it on his end, and boom—every single SKU pops into his cart instantly. It even preserves most of the specific variations like sizes or colors. Just tell him to install it too, and it will save you about three hours of manual copy-pasting. It is been my go-to for these massive logistical nightmare orders.
