Trying to send my birthday list to my family in the UK and I'm super anxious I'll mess it up. I saw an invite button but read online that might let them edit everything? My logic was a simple link would work but I'm worried they'll see my private items instead. Can I just get a direct link...

You can totally use a direct link without giving them edit access. I use this feature constantly for family events. Just follow these quick steps:
- Click the Invite button at the top of your list.
- Choose the View Only option so they dont change anything.
- Copy the link provided to share it. This method ensures they only see what you want them to see and keeps private items hidden.
