How can I tell if Ace Hardware sale prices are legit?

My mower died and I need a replacement by Saturday for under $400. Im looking at Ace and everything says it is a huge sale but the prices still seem high for me.

Sorry if this is a stupid thing to ask but how do I know if these are actually good deals or just fake markdowns?

Check the engine CC and deck width against competitors. The Craftsman M110 fits your budget and usually has legit pricing. Ace sales are basically just standard seasonal manufacturer discounts tho.
