Based on DJI release timeline, we can expect DJI Mini 5 Pro won't released until late 2024 to early 2025.

Maybe in late 2024 around November before Black Friday shopping season.

Honestly stumbled upon this while looking for rumors too. I've been flying these for years and I'm still super satisfied with how well the current tech works. No complaints from my side tbh. If you really want to upgrade now instead of waiting for the 5, here is what I did to keep me happy:

• Picked up the DJI Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo because those extra batteries are life savers.
• Got a Freewell All Day 6-Pack ND Filters to handle the bright sun during midday flights.
• Use a SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO microSDXC to make sure the write speeds keep up with 4K. Actually reminds me of my first time flying in the mountains. I spent more time worrying about the signal than actually looking at the view... ended up almost hitting a pine tree because a bird distracted me. My wife still makes fun of my face when I thought I lost the drone lol. Anyway, the Mini 4 Pro is still a beast if you dont wanna wait for next year. But yeah.

DJI usually release new drones after FCC registered for two or three months, currently we don't see any unannounced drones registered at FCC.ID, so it is not likely see new drone in next few months.

Mini 4 Pro is not enough for you ? I will get Mini 4 Pro when Mini 5 Pro released, to get a big saving on it.

The DJI Mini 4 Pro seems still selling well, maybe DJI will release Mini 5 Pro in 2025 with a 1inch sensor.

Rumors said DJI drones will be banned in US, is that true ?
