Stuck between the Freewell All Day pack and the Skyreat set for my Mini 4 Pro. My logic is Freewell has better glass but Skyreat is way cheaper and I'm broke after buying the drone. Going to Hawaii next week so I need to order today. Is the quality difference actually huge?
> Stuck between the Freewell All Day pack and the Skyreat set In my experience, Freewell All Day 6-Pack for DJI Mini 4 Pro has better color than Skyreat ND Filters 6-Pack so dont cheap out.
Quick question before you pull the trigger—are you planning on doing long exposure shots for those Hawaii waterfalls or just trying to hit the 180-degree shutter rule for 4K video? Hawaii light is super intense so knowing the target shutter speed helps.
Just saw this and honestly, after flying these tiny drones for years, I'm always a bit paranoid about what I put on the gimbal. I've tried many different setups and once had a cheap filter actually jam the startup calibration on a trip... totally ruined my morning shoot. Since you just dropped a ton of cash on the Mini 4 Pro, dont risk the gimbal motors just to save a few bucks. In my experience, if you want reliability without the premium price tag of the top-tier stuff, just go with PGYTECH. You cant go wrong with them. They've always been my go-to for solid build quality that doesnt mess with the drone's balance. I've used their gear on almost every DJI drone I've owned and the fit is always perfect. Hawaii is gonna be windy too, so you want something that clicks on securely and wont fly off mid-air. Just get some PGYTECH glass and enjoy the trip... its much safer for the hardware.
Wow ok that changes things. Gonna have to rethink my approach now.
