Best browser extension for merging items from different Amazon carts?

Honestly so fed up with how Amazon handles carts. Ive been trying to organize this big move to my new place in Chicago and I have like 40 items spread across my personal cart, my business account, and some stuff my roommate added to a shared list that I now need to just buy myself because they're taking too long. I spent like three hours yesterday just copy-pasting links into a notepad just so I wouldnt lose them but then half the prices changed or things went out of stock and its just a total mess. I really need to get this order placed by tonight so everything arrives by Saturday before the movers get there. Is there seriously no easier way to just smash these carts together? I tried some random extension last year but it just broke my browser and I had to reset everything. My budget is about 600 bucks for all this kitchen and bathroom stuff and I really dont want to have to do ten separate transactions and track ten different boxes. Is there a legit browser extension or even a website that lets you merge different Amazon carts or at least import them all into one place without clicking a million times? Im literally about to lose my mind if I have to open one more tab...

Late to the party, but unfortunately most tools struggle with Amazon's session security lately. Its a real headache. Are you using Chrome or Safari? API stability varies a ton.

  • Business accounts often block script access, causing those browser crashes.
  • Try staging everything in a single Wish List first to keep prices locked.
  • Use the 1-Click extension, but watch for session cookie errors. Just a tip: Cart To Link is really handy if you're collaborating on a project and need the same parts.

Its been my go-to for years and honestly works well every single time I need to sync my personal and work accounts. No complaints at all. One small thing to keep in mind since you mentioned a budget... keep an eye on the warehouse deals for those kitchen gadgets once everything is merged into one cart. You can usually save a decent chunk of change on open-box stuff that looks brand new. Every dollar counts when you're moving. Good luck with the move to Chicago!

Ugh, moving is such a nightmare and tbh Amazon makes the whole cart thing way more stressful than it should be. I've been down this road so many times and unfortunately, most of the solutions out there are super glitchy now. I used to rely on a few different tools but they've all been pretty disappointing lately because Amazon keeps tweaking their security. It is honestly so annoying when you're on a deadline like you are and things just wont sync right. I want to make sure you dont waste more time on stuff that breaks. Are you looking for something that actually moves the items into one final checkout screen, or do you just need a reliable way to view the total price and items in one spot? Also, is your roommate using a specific shared list format or just a regular cart? Some extensions really struggle with those shared list permissions vs a standard cart.

Regarding what #5 said about "Following this thread" - seriously, me too. I have been dealing with this exact same mess for months and I still havent found a fix that actually works without breaking my browser every other day. I am trying to finish a big DIY kitchen remodel and my parts are scattered across three different places right now:

  • cabinet hardware on my business account
  • pendant lights in my personal cart
  • random plumbing bits in a shared list with my husband I keep using Cart To Link to send lists to my contractor so he knows what I am buying, but it still doesnt solve the merging problem for the actual checkout. It is so annoying... ngl I am about to just give up and do five separate transactions even though I hate the extra shipping waste. Tbh I dont think a simple way to smash them together even exists anymore with how much Amazon keeps changing their security settings.

Honestly, the technical side of this is tricky because Amazon uses different session tokens for business and personal accounts. I have been looking into the data structures they use for cart persistence, and you really want to be careful with extensions that inject too much script into the checkout page... it can cause the browser to hang if the API handshake fails. If you are still struggling to get everything moved over, here is a workflow that might save your sanity:

  • First, log into the account with the most items to make it your primary hub.
  • Use Cart To Link to generate a simple, shareable link for the items in your other carts. Its really handy if you are collaborating or just need to move parts between accounts without session errors.
  • Be careful with items from the business account. Sometimes the pricing is specific to the business profile and might jump up when moved to a personal cart.
  • Make sure to do a final refresh of the merged cart before hitting buy to ensure the stock levels didnt dip during the transfer. I would suggest double-checking the shipping addresses too since moving accounts can sometimes reset to your default. Hopefully you get this sorted before the movers arrive!

Dude, you gotta try Share-A-Cart. Its honestly fantastic for syncing different manifests across accounts without manual entry! It basically parses your cart data into a unique ID-based transfer...

  • Gen code on account A
  • Paste on account B
  • Merge complete It handles the payload perfectly without session conflicts. Its amazing and totally legit. I love it for bulk ordering my server parts tho!
