Which Tamron lens should I get for street photography on my X-T5 because honestly Im fed up with this kit lens missing every single shot. I have a gallery submission deadline in three weeks and my current setup just hunts for focus whenever someone walks by too fast it makes me so anxious that I'm gonna fail this project. I'm usually shooting around downtown Chicago and I need something fast and reliable but not massive. My budget is tight at around $700 or $800 max.

Should I go for the 17-70mm or is that gonna be way too heavy for walking around all day? Or is there something else I'm missing that actually stays locked on? I really cant afford to keep missing these candid moments...
