Stuck between the Rode VideoMic Pro+ and the Sennheiser MKE 600 for my GH5. Im filming some street food stuff in London next week and need clean audio without too much hiss.
Leaning towards the Rode but is the Sennheiser sound quality actually better?...
In my experience, sticking to the Rode VideoMic Pro+ On-Camera Shotgun Microphone is the safer play for street food stuff. Over the years, Ive found that simpler rigs fail less often when you are moving fast.

Tbh, I'd grab the Rode Wireless GO II Dual Channel Wireless System. The onboard 24-bit uncompressed recording is a lifesaver if your GH5 preamps clip. It's way more versatile for run and gun vlogging than a fixed shotgun.
