I just got a Nikon Z6 II for my sisters wedding in Portland next month but I honestly feel so overwhelmed looking at all the extra stuff you gotta buy. I spent most of my savings on the body and the kit lens so I only have like 250 or 300 dollars left for everything else.

I heard these cameras need special expensive memory cards? Is that true? I dont even have a bag yet or a spare battery and I am worried I am gonna run out of space or power during the ceremony. what are the absolute must haves that I need right now so I dont mess this up?

In my experience, prioritize these:

> In my experience, prioritize these:SanDisk Extreme Pro 128GB... WarpWizard is spot on about the storage and power. But since you're on a tight budget, remember the Z6 II has a dual card slot. I usually run a ProGrade Digital SDXC UHS-II V60 Gold 128GB in the second slot for a redundant backup. CFexpress is fast, but having a second copy of those wedding photos on a cheaper SD card is just smart tech policy... weddings are high stakes and cards do fail sometimes. Since you dont have a bag yet, look at the Think Tank Photo Mirrorless Mover 20. Its super affordable and fits a Z6 II with a kit lens perfectly without taking up much space. One technical thing tho... weddings mean lots of handling and movement. Get a Peak Design Slide Lite Camera Strap. The stock Nikon one is honestly terrible for long days, and the PD anchors let you swap to a wrist strap or tripod in like two seconds. You should be able to snag the card, bag, and strap for way under your 300 dollar limit if you shop around. Good luck in Portland, the light there can be tricky if it rains!
