Yo! Congrats on the M10! Its seriously the best rangefinder out there for street stuff, but yeah, that body is basically a wet bar of soap without a grip. Tbh the official Leica one is overpriced and I have seen it wiggle way too much for comfort. You want something that feels like its part of the frame. The EP-MX version specifically has a tiny cutout that makes the dial super easy to flick with your index finger while your thumb stays locked in. The build quality is amazing because its solid brass, so it wears down and shows the gold underneath over time. It feels incredible in the hand, way better than aluminum. If you want to save some cash for lenses, the Haoge THB-M10B Metal Thumb Grip for Leica M10 is a fantastic alternative. Its like 50 bucks and fits the hotshoe tighter than a drum. I love how it matches the black chrome finish perfectly. Seriously, getting a thumb grip is the single best handling upgrade you can do. Makes one-handed shooting while walking through Shibuya a breeze! Ngl, the brass weight of the Match Technical makes the camera feel way more balanced if you are using heavier glass like a Summilux.

Agree with the others that third party is the way to go here. Adding the JJC TA-M10 Aluminum Alloy Thumb Support to your list since its cheap and basically solid.
