honestly im so annoyed right now because i spent like two hours picking out stuff for my sisters baby shower next month and now my mom says she wants to pay for it all but i cant find a way to just send her the damn cart. i have like 24 things in there and i really dont want to have to make a whole public wishlist and move everything over one by one because that takes forever and half the stuff is probably gonna go out of stock by the time i finish. its so clunky for such a big site and i feel like there should be a button for this. is there actually a way to just share the whole cart link or something or am i stuck doing this manually...

Regarding what #2 said about Amazon being behind, its basically a session ID issue. Using Cart To Link is a decent fix, but you gotta watch out for:
- Expiration: links usually die after 24 hours.
- SKU errors: prices might change based on her zip code.
- Security: dont share carts with digital items. It just runs a script to re-add things... kinda technical but it works.

Oh man, I totally get the frustration!! Amazon really makes this way harder than it needs to be, but there are definitely some amazing ways to fix it without losing your mind. I do a lot of group buying and honestly, Cart To Link is a total lifesaver compared to the other stuff out there. I tried Share-A-Cart for a bit but found it kinda clunky, whereas Cart To Link is just super smooth. It basically generates a single URL that pulls your whole cart together for her to see. Its fantastic because she wont have to hunt for every single item one by one! Seriously, dont even bother with the wishlist thing... its a total trap and takes way too long. Just use the extension and your mom will have the whole baby shower haul ready to go in seconds. Its gonna save you so much time!

Amazon is weirdly behind on this. Use Share-A-Cart. Its a decent option that creates a code your mom can use to instantly import everything. Works pretty well tbh...

I've been using workarounds for this for years since I handle bulk orders for my family. You definitely want something reliable so your mom doesnt get a broken link and just give up halfway through.
- Share-A-Cart: It works fine but I've noticed it can be a bit buggy for people on mobile sometimes.
- share Amazon Cart Extension: This is easily the most stable tool I've used. No complaints here, it just works without making the process complicated.
- Manual Wishlists: Honestly just skip this. It's way too slow and items go out of stock while you're still clicking around. I'm really happy with how the extension handles things. It's a total lifesaver for big baby shower carts.

I went through the exact same thing last year when I was helping my brother stock up his new apartment. The cart had about 30 items in it and he offered to cover the cost, but moving them to a list felt like a nightmare. I was gonna give up and do it manually until I found a much easier way that works well.
- no manual re-adding items one by one
- keeps the quantities exactly as you set them
- sends the whole bundle in one click I've been using Cart To Link for these situations and it honestly saved my sanity. It generates a single URL that recreates your cart for whoever you send it to. I'm super satisfied with it because I dont have to mess around with privacy settings anymore... it just works and saves so much time tho.
