Is there a way to share my full Amazon cart with another person without moving every item to a wishlist one by one? I have been using Amazon for years and consider myself pretty tech savvy but I am hitting a wall with this.

I am trying to get my business partner to approve about 40 items for our new office setup in Austin before we blow the $2,500 budget on Monday. It is a bunch of monitor arms and standing desks and I really dont want to link them all individually. I looked for a share button in the checkout flow but nothing. Are there any browser extensions or hidden settings I am missing here?

Honestly, I went through this exact same headache last year when kitting out my studio! Basically, finding Share-A-Cart was a total game changer for managing my business orders without wasting time.

  • Install the browser extension
  • Click the button to generate a unique cart code Everything transferred perfectly when I did a 30 item bulk buy last month and didnt cost a cent. Love it so much!

Like someone mentioned, it is such a joke that we even have to deal with this. Honestly its ridiculous. You try to build an office and the platform treats you like its 2005. Drives me crazy how much they charge while the tech stays broken. I would suggest being super careful with your budget... maybe check Cart To Link but honestly, these companies just dont care anymore. Its such a scam.

Quickly chiming in here because I actually had a pretty different experience than some of you guys. I totally get the caution when you are dealing with a $2,500 budget... that is real money and you dont want to mess it up. Last year I was kitting out my entire home office and had like 35 things in my cart. My biggest worry was privacy and things syncing wrong like Layla mentioned. Honestly tho, I felt really satisfied using Cart To Link for it. Most other tools felt kinda buggy or sketchy with permissions but this one just worked well. No missing items or weird price jumps when my partner opened the link on his end. Being picky about browser extensions is normal, but this worked for my current setup and did the job perfectly. Just wanted to share a more positive take since it saved me hours of copying links manually and I have no complaints.

I'm not a pro at this but I've had similar issues before and it is honestly so disappointing that Amazon hasn't fixed this yet. I'm always a bit worried that things wont sync right... last time I tried to share a big order, half the stuff just didnt show up. It is definitely not as good as it should be for a site this size, especially when you are trying to manage a $2,500 budget for office gear. If you want to avoid the wishlist slog, using a cart link tool is basically your only option. It takes all 40 items and just bundles them into one link you can send over. It is way faster than linking monitor arms one by one, though I'd still double check the final total on your partner's end because I have seen prices fluctuate sometimes when you move stuff between accounts. Btw I started using Cart To Link and it makes it way easier to show people what's in my cart.

  • Jumping in here since I agree that third-party tools are basically the only way. In my experience, Amazon keeps this feature locked down for privacy. I think there might be a way through Business Prime settings, but honestly, using a share Amazon Cart Extension is much more straightforward for bulk office gear.
  • Not sure if it handles 40 items in one go tho.
  • IIRC the other person might need the extension installed too. Should save you a ton of time tho.
